An event design and rentals studio based in Alliston, Ontario, we specialize in rentals for weddings, parties and family events.

2. Select the dates and times you would like your items self-picked up or delivered and then returned.
3. Before submitting for a quote, you will be able to choose whether you require delivery or full service quoted. This is where you will also be able to submit any questions or comments that will help us create your rental quote.
4. Submit for a quote.

Cassie Dol-TorelliMarch, 2024We had White Willow decorate some arches with florals for our wedding at the Gibson Centre in Alliston and they also provided tables runners and chair covers for the reception. Magdalena sent photo inspiration to help choose designs and matched those designs beautifully. So reasonably priced, and they offer partial or full service takedowns at the end of the night. Will use them again for future events!
You’ll be able to select if you require delivery or full service during your quote request submission.
Save on delivery and set up costs. Pick up and return your rentals on your own at no extra charge. For weekend rentals you can self pick up on Friday and return between 9:30am and 11:00am Monday morning.
If you don’t have time or the right vehicle to do self-pick up, we offer our Delivery Service. We’ll bring your items to your location and then pick them back up after your event.
We can also do it all with our Full Service option. We deliver and set up at your location. Every detail is taken care of so you can enjoy your event. Then we return to tear it all down and take it away.
